Thursday Thirteen - 80s Love Songs

A lot of the 80s love songs stand out for me because they are a reminiscent of my childhood, young love and puppy love. ; )  Although some were hopelessly cheesy, it was also a period of raw energy. The 80s songs also exemplify a musical style which is fresh and bold that is why still a lot of people are drawn to the music of this era. For Thursday Thirteen, here is a list of my favorite 80s love songs.

    Ah the 80s. I am embarrassed to say, I was a big Air Supply fan then....I can still sing just about all of their songs.

    Some of these are favorites. My very first slow dance was to "Hello".

    One missing--Total Eclipse of the Heart.

    Happy T13...that is a nice list...and the flashbacks associated with them are both good and bad. ;)

    I'm not afraid to admit that #13 is one of my personal anthems. And Sailing...enter the cheese...still kind of gives me goosebumps.

    Why did I just admit to that??
